Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Radar (radar.manug.id), operated by Manug, collects and why. Contact: hi@manug.id.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Monitoring data: the client names, hostnames, domains and renewal entries you add, plus the public certificate and registration details we retrieve for them.
• Alert destinations: email addresses, webhook URLs or bot tokens you configure.
• Technical data: IP addresses in server logs and rate limiters, kept for security for a short period.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment partner (merchant of record). We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: performing checks, sending alerts, providing support and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service, such as our hosting provider, email delivery provider, payment partner, and the chat or webhook services you choose to send alerts to.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email us to delete your account; we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law. Backups roll off within 7 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access to servers is restricted.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@manug.id.
