Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Radar ("the Service"), available at radar.manug.id and operated by Manug ("we", "us"), an independent software business based in Indonesia. Contact: hi@manug.id.

1. The Service

Radar monitors publicly observable information, such as TLS certificates presented by servers, public Certificate Transparency logs and registry RDAP records, together with renewal dates you enter, and sends you reminders. Radar is a reminder tool. It does not renew certificates, domains or licenses for you.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

3. Acceptable use

Only add hosts and domains that you own, manage, or are authorised to monitor. You may not use Radar to scan networks at scale, to probe systems you have no permission to monitor, or to disrupt any service. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and invoicing. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. No guarantee

We work hard to deliver accurate, timely alerts, but checks depend on third-party systems (servers, logs, registries, email and chat providers) that can fail or return wrong data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You remain responsible for renewing your certificates, domains and licenses.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime or lost revenue caused by an expired certificate, domain or license.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
